Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been used, installed, activated, or show any signs of use are not eligible for return or refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be refunded.

If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item back.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above.
